Imagine the joy of flying for the first time!
I will never forget my first solo in a full scale airplane or my solo flying a R/C airplane. The joy of flying your own aircraft will certainly get your heart racing as fast as the plane. It is an experience that affects young and old alike. you don't need an airplane to get started. We provide a training aircraft and radio transmitter to use as you learn.
We at Tri Valley R/C have a Pilot Instructor that will guide you through your training. Training starts with getting a hands on instruction with the radio transmitter controls and how it reacts with the trainer airplane.
Using a "buddy box", two transmitters linked via a cord, our instructor
starts the plane and takes off explaining each step as he fly's.
After more instructions the student gets to try his hand at flying. What a thrill that is for the first time. Don't worry about causing a crash as that is what the buddy box is for. When you get the plane out of shape the instructor take control and gets the plane stable again. The student again fly's the plane. Sure you are nervous and that is to be expected. But after a few lessons you become more confident in your skills. Before long you solo and that is when you become a pilot.
It does not end there. Every member of Tri Valley is more than ready to help you out with suggestion as you continue to develop your skills. Please contact the webmaster for more information on how to become a R/C pilot.
